Identified Issues

• Endpoints included Salesforce & SAP which was placed behind the firewall and in a highly secured environment
• No direct communication from or to SAP was permitted
• Since Salesforce was made the application for Sales team, issues with Single source of truth for customer related data

• Developed bi-directional orchestrations for master objects that needed synchronization between SAP & Salesforce
• Various validation rules injected to ensure integrity and uniqueness of data
• Efficient exception handling & notification framework was implemented
